Please note that any damage caused by electrical shorts (like burnt ESCs or motors) will not be refunded or replaced—we assume anyone taking on a build knows that using a smoke stopper is absolutely essential. Ultimately, refunds and returns are granted at our discretion based on our technical assessment, but we will always be fair, friendly, and transparent with you.

Absolutely. If you want extra peace of mind, you can request that we pre-test certain non-soldered components before we box up your order. Just keep in mind that we will need to break the factory seals to do this, and it might add a slight delay to your shipping time. Just leave an order note at checkout if you would like us to do this.

Any custom rig built by our team goes through rigorous, thorough testing on our workbench before it gets boxed up. We make sure everything is fully functional and ready to go before it leaves the shop.

Unfortunately, no. Once an item has been soldered, desoldered, conformal coated, or physically altered, the manufacturer will no longer accept it as a warranty claim, which means we cannot take it back.

Yes, we offer a 7-day “cooling-off” period. As long as the item is 100% unused, completely unopened, and in its original packaging with all factory seals intact, you can return it. Please note that the return courier fees will be for your account.
